It is to always be understood that customer service is our priority,
and ultimately the reason we are in business. We are committed to
taking a genuine interest in our customers, and we will accomplish
this through listening to their needs. We must also understand that
the customer’s problem is both real and extremely important, even
though it is common place for us. Remember that our customer and their
insect problem are the sole reasons we are employed.
